Wattle Grove’s spacious homes are available in both two and three bedroom designs and offer great open plan living, designed to take full advantage of available natural light, which is extended into large private patio areas overlooking the surrounding landscaped gardens.

 

Generous sized bedrooms offer ample built-in robe and storage space and large fully tiled bathrooms have the advantage of an additional adjacent toilet.

 

The open plan designer kitchens are equipped with quality appliances as is the adjoining laundry. In fact quality is the key word at Wattle Grove.  Reverse cycle split system air conditioning ensures the summers are cool and the winters warm.

 

The single car garages have remote controlled doors and secure internal access.


Each unit is fitted with a 24 hour emergency call system and an on-site Village Manager will attend to the everyday needs of the village’s residents.  

Wattle Grove is not a gated community barricaded away from the rest of Cootamundra but is an integral part of the town.  But that doesn’t mean Wattle Grove compromises on security – far from it. The village offers the safety and security you get from any close-knit community plus an in-built Emergency Call System for peace of mind.
